**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Process customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.
- **Dispatch Planning**:

- Plan and schedule dispatches to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with production team to ensure orders are produced, packed, and ready for shipment.
- Optimize delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- **Inventory Control**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage stock replenishments.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaise with transport department to arrange shipments and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Generate reports on order status, delivery performance, and inventory levels.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the order processing and dispatch process.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and complaints regarding order status and delivery issues.
- Provide proactive communication to customers about order delays or changes.
- Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through efficient service.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in order processing, dispatch planning, or a similar role within a logistics or supply chain environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
