**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensure service level adherence to provide a seamless learning experience to the Students, so as to enhance their experience with NxtWave.
- Handle escalations and complex queries.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Should be fluent in Telugu and Tamil.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Should have a minimum of 1-year prior experience in Customer Support is an added advantage
- Age between 25 -35 years
- Have laptop experience

**Work Location & Working Days**:

- Work from Home currently and should be flexible to come to the office whenever required
- 6 - Day Week
