Ø **Requirements**:

- Graduate / Master degree
- 2-4 years of experience in education domain
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to balance administrative and support services efficiently
- Meet the students / parents and guide them about different courses, its benefits and thus convert them into admission with our college.
- Analyse student's requirements and help in resolving them within the period required
- Collaborate with students and parents and ensure that proper questions are asked to identify problems
- Help students develop academic plans in accordance with their skills, talents and strengths
- Facilitate crisis intervention and prevention programs
- Manage and priorities tasks, ensuring that all the deadline are met
- Have strong communication skills and influencing power

Smooth running of the admission process, from the initial enquiry through to registration and then conversion to enrolment.
- Should require to monitor enquiries, visits and conversions and give detailed reports to the respective head.
- Tele calling, Lead generation, Tracking and follow ups
- Responsible for target based admissions and fees collection

You should have - Good Communication skill, young and smart pleasing personality.

**Salary**: ₹9,904.84 - ₹29,359.52 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)
