Following are the roles and responsibilities for the post of Installation Executive: This is a field job involving site visits and understanding the brick work involved. Need to take measurements at sites for quantity determination and installation and communicate the same to the client, architect/designer and the BDE team back at the office. Should know and understand architectural/technical drawings and hence be able to derive the measurements from the same. Will also be responsible for On Field Lead Generation. Need to be alert and aware about the various building projects across the city, determine if brick is part of the project, collect the contact information and pass on the lead to BDE team. Should be comfortable with effective communication with site incharges, architects, designers, workers and different agencies involved at the site. Need to take complete responsibility for the installation process. From the point of delivery till the site completion. Need to visit the site whenever necessary. Visit the site post completion and take the client feedback and report to the manager. Should be comfortable travelling whenever necessary. The expenses will be borne by the company but has to be maintained perfectly with invoices and reported accordingly to the person in charge. One of the major parts of this role is to understand the product, its technical details and its installation process very carefully and become fluent in the same. Reporting will be the barometer of your performance. A daily report is mandatory and failing to do so will result in consequences. REQUIREMENT: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi and should be able to speak basic English. Technical know how about taking site measurement. Should be presentable when visiting any site or client. Should know how to read technical drawings and 3D renderings. Well-mannered and courteous. Should know how to drive 2-wheeler.

Education : Civil Engineer

Experience : Fresher / 1 year
