Document existing processes

Analyze data (SOPS / Process Flows)

Support implementation activities using change management approaches and interact with stakeholders

Work in a team environment and provide business process management expertise to staff engagements and project work streams

Maintain inventory of business processes and coordinate updates to the inventory working with various Operations department teams

Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures necessary to support Operations processes support the development of service and operating agreements.

Process reengineering business analysis

10+ Years Strong US Residential Mortgage experience ( preferably in Servicing space) required

Technical Skills like SQL Data Analysis required with Project Management expertise exposure.

LSS GB/BB - certification desired
