Job Description: Social Media Intern

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging with our audience, and promoting our brand across various social media platforms. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.

**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, and videos, for our social media channels.

Social Media Management: Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery.

Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions, engaging with our followers in a friendly and professional manner.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, popular topics, and emerging platforms, suggesting creative ideas to optimize our social media strategy.

Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on key insights and trends.

Influencer Outreach: Assist in identifying and reaching out to relevant influencers and potential brand partners for collaborations and promotions.

Campaign Support: Provide support for social media campaigns and contests, ensuring seamless execution and tracking results.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for Social Media: A genuine passion for social media platforms, trends, and innovations, with an understanding of their impact on brand promotion.

Creativity: Strong creative skills and an eye for aesthetics to produce engaging visual content.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey brand messages effectively.

Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Analytics: Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights) to track and analyze performance metrics.

Collaboration: A team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and take constructive feedback positively.

Photography/Videography (Optional): Experience in photography and video editing is a plus but not mandatory.

Educational Background: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Duration: This is a paid internship position with a flexible duration of 3 months, with the potential for further opportunities based on performance.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
