**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support both personal and professionally
- Willing to travel for domestic and international travel along with the executive
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
- Coordinate and organize events, including team meetings and conferences.
- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
- Assist in project management tasks as required by executives.
- Perform general office duties, including filing and data entry.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Aptitude for problem-solving and handling unexpected situations calmly.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
