**Role Title**: Associate Everyday Business Banking Operations

**Your Business**

Business Banking Operations supports the Everyday Business Banking needs of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s (CBA) Business Banking customers.

**Your Team**

The Everyday Business Banking Operations (BBO) team plays a critical role in ensuring the financial wellbeing of CBA’s business customers and communities.

Our team of Associates work closely with Relationship Executives, Account Managers and Transaction Banking Specialists to support transaction banking and investment product establishment and maintenance.

The Everyday Business Banking (EBB) offering supported by the team includes:

- Everyday Business Banking Account Origination
- Everyday Business Banking Account Maintenance
- Insolvency and Controlled Monies Origination and Maintenance

**Your Impact & Contribution**

Reporting to the Team Manager Everyday Business Banking Operations the role supports the Everyday Business banking needs of CBA’s business customers.

**Your responsibilities**
- Working closely with Relationship Executives, Account Managers and Transaction Banking Specialists to support the transaction banking needs of business customers
- Single point of contact for existing and new to Bank transaction banking customers, supporting onboarding, transition from other financial institutions and variations
- Providing high-quality, timely customer service
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships in support of team goals and objectives
- Ensuring defined processes are followed and opportunities to improve the customer experience and groups risk position are raised with senior management
- Supporting the BBO Leadership Team with special projects as required
- Other duties as required by the Team Manager - escalations, complaint handling etc.
- Proactive in assisting team members achieve desired service and sales outcomes

**Your Experience/ Skills Required**
- A passion for customer service with a focus on innovation and solutions focused thinking
- Excellent knowledge of business banking products and services and related products
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a load sharing environment
- Good organisational and time management skills

**Your Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role (highly regarded)
