- **Follow-ups & Feedback**: Regularly follow up with clients to check satisfaction levels and gather feedback for service improvement.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive client experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- **Reporting**: Track and report customer feedback and account health to management for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience in customer service or relationship management (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

**Education & Experience**:

- Any graduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field)
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in brand consulting, IT, or marketing)
