**Job Description -Data Processing**

**Qualifications**:
1. Intermediate (10+2)

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry**:

- Accurately input and update data into the company's databases and systems.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting thorough checks for errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Scanning on Japanese Scanners**:

- Operate and maintain Japanese scanners for efficient document digitization.
- Scan and convert physical documents into digital formats while ensuring high-quality image resolution.
- Troubleshoot and address any issues related to the scanning process.

**Printing of OMR Sheets**:

- Coordinate the printing of OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheets according to established guidelines.
- Monitor and calibrate printing equipment to ensure accurate and high-quality output.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and volume requirements.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct regular quality checks on processed data, scanned documents, and printed OMR sheets.
- Identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies in data and printed materials.
- Implement quality control measures to uphold the accuracy of processed information.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of processed data, scanning activities, and printing tasks.
- Generate regular reports on data processing metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members to ensure seamless coordination between data processing, scanning, and printing activities.
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments to address any issues or requirements.

**7.** **Touring Responsibilities**:

- Travel to various locations as needed to oversee on-site data processing operations.
- Conduct quality control checks during tours to ensure adherence to processing standards.
- Provide on-site support to resolve any issues related to data processing, scanning, and printing.

**8.** **MS-Excel**:
- Utilize MS Excel for data organization, analysis, and reporting.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets to track and manage various aspects of data processing.
- Implement Excel functions and formulas to streamline data-related tasks.
- One Should know Conditional Formatting, Pivot Table & V-lookup-H-lookup

**Salary**:
1. **Freshers - 8K to 10K per month**
