- To report to the Center Manager of the vocational Training Centre, Reach India Trust, Kolkata, west Bengal, India
- To conduct monthly review of each month with the Chief of operations and programmes, and the Centre Manager of the vocational Training Centre, Kolkata.
- To come up with monthly plan of Actions at the end of each month and execute the same in the field accordingly in the following month. Such plan of Actions will be recommended by the **Centre Manager,** Kolkata for submission and approval of **the Chief of operations and programmes, Reach India Trust**, Kolkata, West Bengal. Any change in the Action plan will require prior approval.
- **The Centre Manager**will monitor your activities on weekly basis and such it will be reviewed on monthly basis by the **Chief of operations and programmes, RIT**, Kolkata
- To prepare and submit the periodic report as per specified format and the reports must be qualitative along with photographs and case studies thereof.
- To cooperate with the RIT staff during periodical review and audit by the representatives of the donor or any other officials, assigned by the **Chief of operations and programmes, Reach India Trust **from time to time.
- Employee may be assigned other task and activities as per the mission of Reach India Trust as and when required.

**Specific deliverables**:

- Make sure that the participants are oriented on the computer course as per the course curriculum/ content in the classroom.
- Ensure that the entire training will be imparted in a participatory mode of learning in due time in the classroom.
- Make sure that each participant is well facilitated by the delivery of course content in preparation of an effective routine and schedule.
- Each participant will individually be counseled in such a way that ensures their success in finding a batter job in the formal sector of the economy.

**Report writing and Documentation**:

- Develop case studies and prepare communications materials.
- Coordinate for project documentation.
- Coordinate, implement and documentation of the social mobilization processes with the support of other staff, if any.
