Job Summary:
As a receptionist/administrator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while also handling various administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

**Responsibilities**:
Front Desk Duties:
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.

Administrative Support:
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.

Coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging catering if necessary.

Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.

Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between clients, visitors, and internal staff.

Relay messages and information accurately and promptly.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and communication.

Data Entry and Record-Keeping:
Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems.

Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and paper-based.

General Office Support:
Perform various clerical tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,013.22 - ₹25,031.80 per month
