Admin Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word.
- Maintain and update data spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Check bill against inward material and quality of the product.
- Ensuring proper loading of delivery vehicles and monitoring proper sales.
- Generating Bills for the deliveries.
- Maintain stock records and filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support office staff in managing office supplies and inventories.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations when required.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment like printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.
