- Conduct an Initial assessment of potential suppliers along with CFT team.
- Supplier benchmarking & market intelligence
- Supplier selection, evaluation and audits for alignment to business requirement.
- Ensure in time supplier Agreements with service providers and their evaluation.
- Planning & Forecasting
- Budgeting & planning for annual and long term
- Inventory & spare part management

Supplier management
- Supplier Capacity Analysis
- Supplier & Part Development and secondary responsibility in quality / PPAP
- Supplier Performance Analysis
- Supplier SWOT Analysis
- Supplier system & EHS audits and Strategic Rationalization & capacity enhancement
- Supplier and site visits
- Giving forecasts to critical suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries
- Monitoring supplier OTD and work with supplier for improvements
- Support for regional, NSC & Factory requirements
- Error list parts resolution
- Following up with supplier for delivery of materials
- Sourcing strategy
- Localization & Dual Sourcing
- Synchronize & align departmental strategies & Goal with the Organizations objective.
- Product & part development at supplier place by using optimized energy processes
- S&OP and reporting
- Ensure adherence to comply with OTIS core value ethics & EHS compliance.
- Ensure ITC for global and local procurement policies
- MIS reporting to local and global management
- What You Will Need to be Successful:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electrical from a reputed institution
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Strategic sourcing - elevator industry will have added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple activities, meet critical deadlines, strong people and interpersonal skills. Ability to present project ideas and status to team members, internal customers as well as senior leadership. Strong financial acumen to develop, understand and communicate business cases. Capable of driving change while maintaining positive relations with internal customers. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, required. Demonstrated ability to communicate to all levels Capable of driving change while maintaining positive relations with internal customers.
