**Our Exciting Opportunity **:
We are now looking for a Subject Matter Expert, who will be responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. Responsible for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by being part of or working closely with the team to translate the customer need and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions and proposals. Supports the Consultants during requirement analysis and high level design phases.

**You will **:

- Be the primary contact of 5G operations for the customer & within the organization, continuously supervise the TX and RAN important metrics & strategizing the actions to improve 5G experience
- Empowered for analyzing degradation, Utilization & packet loss reports and setting action plans to close them. Bandwidth optimization and exploring the feasibility for the new Requirement.
- Planning the protection for frequent outages in the network and able to suggest quick alternate paths and supervise field team for fault rectification within SLA.
- Audit for installation and commissioning of RAN & TX equipment and validate AT process.
- Customer meeting, understanding their needs and Closure of all sign-off for 5G operations and transmission media deliveries as per agreed MS contract.
- Maintaining of all type of data base and sharing time to time with central team as well as customer.
- Responsible for root cause analysis and workaround / solution definition activities according to the Problem Report/Ticket.
- Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness
