- **Salary**: Rs16,000- 22,000 per month + Travelling Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Performance Bonus
- **Working Days**:Mon-Sat | **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM | **Position**: Full-time

**Position Overview**:At **SME GENERATORS, Pune** we're on the lookout for a skilled **Sales Executive**to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role is all about driving our diesel genset sales endeavours to new heights. As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our efforts **to identify potential clients, establish and nurture valuable relationships, and champion our specialized diesel genset solutions throughout Pune & Maharashtra.** Your in-depth understanding of genset technology will empower you to excel in consultative selling, achieve sales targets, and closely analyze market trends.
- **Identify, Engage, and Nurture Potential Clients**: Your adeptness at recognizing potential clients, engaging with them, and nurturing relationships will be instrumental in generating valuable sales leads.
- **Build Strong Client Relationships**:Understanding the unique power needs of our potential clients/Prospects and proposing suitable genset solutions are key aspects of fostering strong and enduring relationships.
- **Collaborate for Customized Solutions**:Effective collaboration with our technical team will be pivotal in crafting tailored solutions that cater to the individual needs of our clients.
- **Exceed Sales Targets through Consultative Selling**: Utilize your consultative approach to selling as you not only meet but surpass sales targets with insightful and valuable solutions.
- **Telephonic Communication**: Proficiency in impactful telephonic communication for effective lead generation and client engagement.
- **Analyze Market Trends and Competitors**:Your ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback will provide crucial insights that guide our sales strategy.
- **Prepare and Present Compelling Sales Proposals**: From preparation to presentation, your prowess in crafting and delivering compelling sales proposals will be key to winning over clients.
- **Negotiate and Close Deals**:Your negotiation skills will come to the forefront as you negotiate terms and adeptly close deals that are mutually beneficial.
- **Ensure Timely and Accurate Sales Reporting**:Timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and results will be essential in tracking and strategizing for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**: To excel in this role, you should embody the following:

- **Demonstrated 2-4 years of B2B sales experience,** ideally within the **Diesel Genset Dealer or Distributor Network.**:

- Exceptional **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Familiarity with **digital marketing techniques & strategies will be an added advantage to augment sales efforts and outreach**:

- Strong analytical acumen to assess market trends and customer requirements.
- **Willingness to travel**within Pune, PCMC & Maharashtra for client engagement.
