We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Executive to manage a team of representatives who will offer excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities**:
Managing a team of representatives offering customer support.
- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
- **Skills**:
- **1. Graduation in relevant field.**:
- **2. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.**
**3.Knowledge of CRM systems.4. Must have basic knowledge of MsExcel or Ms Word5. Quick Learner & having catchning skills.6.Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
