**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive**

**Job Overview**:
As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and staying abreast of industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop engaging and relevant content tailored for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and maintain social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster meaningful interactions with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and cultivate an active community around the brand.
- **Campaign Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand initiatives.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track social media metrics, and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to capitalize on new opportunities and optimize strategies.
- **Paid Advertising**: Plan and execute targeted paid social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversion, utilizing platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation across various platforms.
- **Strategic Thinker**: Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a deep understanding of social media best practices, trends, and algorithms.
- **Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics) to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- **Excellent Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences effectively.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- **Tech Savvy**: Comfortable with social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to stay updated on industry developments, learn new skills, and adapt strategies based on changing market dynamics.

**Education and Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications in social media marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Hootsuite Social Marketing) a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
