**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing kits for upcoming tournaments by picking items from shelves according to order sheets.
- Packing items securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Labeling packages accurately with appropriate information.
- Assisting in maintaining organized and efficient warehouse space.
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- Must shelve things as per the boxes allocated and also maintain cleanliness and hygiene on the racks in the boxes.
- Conducting quantity checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Reporting any quality/quantity issues or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Following company policies and procedures regarding inventory handling, storage, and shipping. Management skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

**Required Skills and Competencies**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Identifying Items / Packing / Unpacking / Storage
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must have the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
- **Physical Requirements**:This position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 15 to 20 Kgs, as well as prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
