- **Logistics Coordination**:

- Liaise with transportation providers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments and coordinate delivery routes.
- Monitor transportation activities to ensure timely delivery and minimize transportation costs.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Implement quality control measures to maintain the freshness, cleanliness, and integrity of fruits and vegetables products.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address quality issues, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high productivity and performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipment details, and warehouse activities.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including inventory levels, order fulfillment rates, and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in the fruits and vegetables industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
