**Job Description**:

- Independent handling of design activities.
- Perform design calculations and tolerance analysis
- Managing parts and assembly and in team center
- Creating base design and its variants
- Concept generation and evaluation
- Design and Develop 3D parts and drawings based on inputs from customer
- Good understanding and hold on BES-PE.
- Single point of contact for Project / task with PS/EMP-NA.

**Required skills**:

- Knowledge on plastic & sheet metal parts design and manufacturing process
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing and assembly processes and techniques involving injection molding, press tools, post-processing techniques.
- Experience in preparing/maintaining Bill of materials
- Good knowledge in plastic and sheet metal material selection.
- Experience in 2D / 3D assembly drawing preparation in UG.
- Knowledge on GD&T and Tolerance stack-up
- Ability to interact with Cross-functional teams
- Hands on experience in design of components, Assemblies & BOM.
- Know how on BES-PE would be preferred.

**Soft skills**:

- Good communication, interpersonal skills & Innovation mindset
- Ability to interface with cross-functional teams including customers

Good presentation skills and good in MS office tools

**Qualifications**:
BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Mechatronics / Automotive)
