Front Office Receptionist

- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Other general works related to reception
**Skill Requirements**:
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good planner and organizer of day to day work.
- A go
- getter with a pleasing personality.
- Proficiency in Ms Word and Ms Excel.
- Should be honest, respectful & trustworthy.
- Should be flexible and have cultural awareness.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
