Receptionist

## Job Overview:
A Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk of an organization, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks. The role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting office operations.

## Key Responsibilities:

- **Visitor Management**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- **Telephone Management**:

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- **Clerical Duties**:

- Perform basic clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve visitor or client queries and concerns.
- Provide support to other administrative staff as needed.

## Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in Office Management or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
