**About Company**:
CTA Apparels Private Limited is a 31-year young vertically integrated Textile Processing & Garment Manufacturing company exporting high-quality garments to the global top brands across United States and Europe. We have one state-of-the-art fabric processing unit and two garment manufacturing units with a combined capacity of over 1 million pieces per month.

**Key Requirements**:

- A minimum of 4-7 years of industry experience overseeing the complete ERP implementation lifecycle. This includes direct collaboration with the software development team and key end users.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the garment manufacturing and export industry's business processes, with a proven ability to align these processes with ERP functionalities. The role involves resolving user queries, providing ongoing support, and conducting training sessions for end users.
- Demonstrated ability in understanding the Management Information System (MIS) requirements of senior and mid-level management and integrating these needs into the ERP system. This includes customizing new reports and instructing functional managers or department heads on utilizing ERP-derived MIS effectively.
- Strong skills in SQL Server/SQL Database Administration
- Strong skills and experience in designing Crystal Reports.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- B. Tech (CS/IT)/MCA (Fulltime) from reputed institutes.
- 7-10 years of experience in mapping industry-specific processes to our ERP solution, troubleshooting, offering end-to-end support, and facilitating training programs for enhancing user competency in our ERP system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹720,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
