**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, focusing on C2H hiring.
- Conduct interviews and assess technical skills and cultural fit.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT recruitment with a focus on C2H hiring.
- Experience working with or recruiting for major IT companies like Accenture, Wipro, etc.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and market trends in IT.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related fields.
- Experience with Job portals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
