As a Chat and Voice Support Intern at Nriway, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our NRI clients. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in customer support, allowing you to develop essential skills in communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building. You will work closely with our support team to ensure that our customers receive the assistance they need promptly and effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with Nriway customers through chat and voice channels, providing assistance and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently and professionally.

2. **Problem Resolution**: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, providing accurate and timely solutions or escalating issues when necessary.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Nriway's products and services to effectively assist customers and provide information or recommendations.

4. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured.

5. **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from customers to help improve our products and services, and report common trends or issues to the team.

6. **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with the support team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

7. **Training**: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your customer service skills and product knowledge.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
