**Duties**:

- This role will be part of the Business Strategy and Operations Team as a Program Coordinator where you will help us drive results for Client site priorities.
- As an integral part of the Strategy and Operations Team, you will: Program manage end-to-end process of CSR Program & strategy.
- Cater to Girl Child Scholarship program of 1500 (and increasing) underprivileged students
- Manage the different program goals under CSR -like mentorship program, laptop donation, upskilling initiative
- Create advocates for the program and grow the mentorship community
- Set up meetings, document actions, MOM & follow up for closure for all the program related tasks
- Partner for event planning for internal/external events
- Create decks pertaining to CSR & other initiatives for reviews, planning presentations, Leadership visits etc
- Execution of Partnerships, Participation in Surveys, Awards & Leadership connect, etc. Vendor sourcing, empanelment, negotiations, PR/ PO Creation.
- Work closely with the Scholarship Partners & NGOs, relationship management with all NGO partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; experience with communicating concisely to an executive audience
- Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests, develop strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels in a cross-functional environment Contribute to different site priorities programs as well.
- Partner for event planning/execution
- Required to partner for sitewide & Strategy team events Extend logistics support to all Ecosystem related programs like - Technically Speaking & Tech Reputation

**Skills**:

- 6+ years of experience as a project manager/ community manager/related profession in the tech ecosystem
- Strategic mindset; comfort with ambiguity; focus on quality and results, execute with speed, be relentlessly goal-oriented with an experiment-led, learning mindset.
- Collaborative self-starter with the ability to make connections quickly, build trust and work as a team player
- Strategic Problem Solving: structured approach to simplify complex problems and provide solutions, a bias for action, innovative insights, and ideas
- Operational Excellence: experience in operations and operational excellence to improve operations that deliver better outcomes
- Ownership & Influence: Sense of ownership to drive decisions and outcomes, clarifying ambiguities

- Ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, teams, and communities.
- Formulates processes & plans and acts as a catalyst to accelerate outcomes.

- Hands-on experience on tools like Slack, Microsoft Outlook, Word & Google Suite
