Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, and MS Office.
- Maintains a delivery schedule/calendar for both incoming and outgoing components and products.
- Organize and manage various agreements, documents, forms, and formats according to pre-defined standards.
- Provide support to other departments and managers.
- Ensure information management by gathering, migrating, storing, and distributing information within the company.
- Offer document management and telecommunication management.
- Update administrative information/data into the Management Information System (MIS).
- Manage office equipment and ensure cleanliness of the office environment.
- Take initiative in the manager's absence.
- Perform scheduled maintenance of office equipment and review/renew contracts as required.
- Photocopying, scanning and filing of bills and vouchers
- Facilitate travel schedules and make arrangements for employees, coordinating with travel agents and employees.
- Arrange travel cash in advance through the accountant.
- Prepare expense reports for employees, gathering input from employees, and completing reports after trips.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with officials at all levels.
- Demonstrate a focus on quality and the ability to work well within a team.

Education : Graduate / Diploma in Administration

Salary : 30-35 K

Location: Kurla West

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
