Working as an Art Sales Executive within the Nature Morte + Terrain Art Gallery, your role will require the ability to pay extremely close attention to detail, whilst developing a clear understanding of a client’s needs and interests in order to assist with a purchase. Your main responsibility will be generating art sales and increasing your Gallery’s status, by assisting and advising clients, considering their tastes and preferences, and showing complete knowledge of different artistic styles and techniques.

**JD + Responsibilities**:
Working as an Art Sales Executive, you can expect your duties to include the following:

- CRM Role
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
- Assist in deciding on a final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business and capture crucial information along the sales funnel.
- Assist in collaborating with other departments to ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
- Assist in development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for the organization and its customers.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people.

**Sales + Marketing Role-**
- Provide pre and post sales support. This would include consolidating artworks per the client requirements, organizing images, video content, write up on artists, making pv links/pdfs.
Overseeing the invoicing process, framing and delivery requirements, shipping quotations etc.
- Ensuring artist invoices are generated on time
- Scour for potential brands to collaborate with the brand.
- Provide inputs on digital strategy in order to generate leads.
- Constant communication with the art department for new body of works.
- Provide support on any on-ground events.
- Maintain a lead
- tracker with details of potential buyers.
- Assisting the Sales manager on strategy.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any discipline (but preferably from Fine Arts background).
- Exceptional Communication & Presentation Skills.
- Proven sales experience, and an existing network of contacts within Galleries, Museums, or private collectors.
- Hardworking and motivated by sales targets, whilst also being able to work independently and efficiently.
- Exceptionally strong customer service, communication and sales skills, allowing you to maintain positive relationships with galleries, artists and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail, helping with authentication of artwork.
- Staying up to date and fully knowledgeable on market and art trends.
- Knowledgeable of artistic techniques and features.
- Reporting to the Gallery Manager in order to provide support with the curating and installation of exhibitions and private viewings if required.
- Flexible to travel to Art Fairs and exhibitions.

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
