JOB Description
Profile: Customer Care Executive.
Skills: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Process: Voice, Non voice, Blended.
Main Responsibilities:
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
This vital position requires an action-oriented, flexible problem-solver who will assist customers in solving their problems.
Working Days : 5.5 days working.
Shift : Rotational Shifts
Salary : ₹ 15000 k to 35000 CTC
Education - Graduate/undergrad (distance learning) only/
Experience: Graduate Fresher/ Undergrad (minimum 6months - 1yrs).
- One side cab facility.
Location: Gurgaon /Noida.
