**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Project Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, execution, and management of various projects within our aquarium and zoo facilities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
- Leading and coordinating project activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or roadblocks that arise.
- Ensuring that all projects adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and external partners.
- Conducting regular assessments to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

- A bachelor’s degree
- A proven track record of successfully managing projects in a similar industry/role, preferably in an aquarium, zoo or architectural setting.
- Ability to communicate with architects, engineers
- Be able to read & understand CAD, 3D models & technical drawings
- Excellent problem solving skills
- A get-it-done attitude
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month
