Executive Housekeeper

**Supervision**: Manage and lead the housekeeping team, including housekeepers, room attendants, laundry staff, and other related personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.
**Cleaning Standards**: Establish and enforce high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, offices, and other facilities. Monitor and maintain cleanliness to uphold the hotel's reputation.
**Inventory Management**: Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, amenities, linens, and other items required for housekeeping operations. Monitor usage, order supplies, and manage stock levels efficiently.**Scheduling**: Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff to ensure proper coverage while optimizing labor costs. Coordinate with front office and maintenance departments to accommodate guest requests and room turnovers.
**Quality Control**: Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to ensure they meet the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. Address any issues promptly and ensure corrective action is taken.
**Guest Satisfaction**: Collaborate with the front office to address guest concerns and requests related to housekeeping services. Strive to enhance guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional housekeeping services.
**Budgeting**: Assist in developing the housekeeping budget by providing input on labor, supplies, and equipment needs. Manage expenses within approved budget limits.
**Training**: Conduct training sessions for housekeeping staff, focusing on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism.
**Staff Management**: Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping staff. Address performance issues, provide feedback, and implement disciplinary measures when necessary.
**Health and Safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. Implement proper handling and disposal of cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.
**Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on housekeeping operations, including occupancy rates, cleaning performance, and supply usage. Present reports to management as required.
**Salary**: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
