**Job Description of International Business Development**:

- Manage all international leads.
- Communicate with old and new international leads and close deals.
- Strengthen relationships with international clients by acknowledging their festivals and special days to build a strong business relationship.
- Conduct international market research, prepare detailed reports, and share with the supervisor on a monthly basis.
- Draft different proposals for different countries.
- Prepare a monthly report of all leads and share with the supervisor at the end of the month.
- Identify top Indian and international companies that export stevia and keep track of them.
- Study the market in the target country/countries.
- Identify new markets for exports and develop new business accounts.
- Plan a sales campaign suitable for the target country and current consumer trends.
- Plan and review budgets for product ranges.
- Meet with domestic/international clients here or overseas.
- Negotiate sales terms and meet sales targets.
- Organize licenses and other legal requirements for certain products, such as pharmaceuticals.
- Manage administration, such as orders, contracts, and export documents.
- Troubleshoot to sort out any problems with exports.
- Develop and maintain good contacts with clients, distributors, and suppliers.
