**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet.

- Carrying out all secretarial functions. Making, answering and directing phone calls.
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Taking dictations.
- Coordination and follow-up on telephone. Good in telephonic conversation.
- Attendance at the events organized in Mumbai.
- Ability to maintain records and files

**Preparing MoUs, Agreements, Circulars, Minutes, Representations.**

**DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE Educational Qualification**:
**Graduate;** MS-CIT. A non-graduate with extremely good command on English will also be acceptable.
