Location: Ahmedabad, GJ, IN, 382330- Req ID: 6749**Job Summary**: Aftermarket support to sales team in India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

**Responsibilities**:

- Field support for technically analyzing the enquiry and support with parts
- identification.
- Making and releasing the Annual Price list.
- Pricing support on day-to-day basis.
- Managing the special Price requests.
- Business development activities like promotional schemes and participating in New Product
- Launch pre activity related to Aftermarket.
- Supporting order management team / Chanel Partners in Order booking and removing
- bottlenecks from this roles perspective.
- Periodic trainings to sales / Inside sales team, Service Coordinator using tools like BOM, Passport, Oracle, and wind
- chill.
- Managing and clearing the I store issues for order entry.

**Key Competencies**:

- Should be able to read and interpret the drawings, BOM and Part lists.
- Sound knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, Lookups etc.) basic analysis skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.

**Qualifications**:
Preferred is a Mechanical engineer/Diploma with 3-5years of experience
