Customer Coordination Executive

**Primary responsibilities**:
1. Communication between Mentors and Parents in session-related scheduling
2. Collecting feedback from Parents, Students, and Kids on a regular basis
3. Coordinating with Sales executive on Demo classes booking and organising the same with mentors
4. Providing technical support during interruptions in the scheduled online classes
5. Maintaining all data gathered including feedback, classes schedule, and attendance
6. Organising and Communication with the Students for new events, workshops or webinars, etc.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
