- FAQ for customer service support
- Site inspection before installing
- understanding the issue and allocation of respective teams to close the issue ASAP
- Maintain customer CMS and product details
- Installation report for AC & DC chargers.
- Coordinate with team and assign respective ppl for I&C, service support.
- Engage with team for after sales support service PAN India and explore other players for support service.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
