**Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer needs and goals
- Develop and implement customer relationship management strategies
- Track and analyze customer data
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Promote and cross-sell company products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Work with other departments to ensure that customers are satisfied with all aspects of their experience

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in customer relations or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
