1. Search tenders related to manpower, housekeeping, cleaning and upkeeping security guard following portals i.e. Maha Tenders procurement (Central), e-Tendering (Central), GeM ,MSECL, Mahagenco, Next Procurement, NMMC e Tenders, MMRDA, MMRCL, BEL, Ministry Of Education ,State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, Western Railway, MCGM.

2. Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, information to top management to get approval for bidding.

3.Tender Search Bid Preparation - Technical Price Bid; E - Tendering / E - Bidding / Reverse Auctions / Live Auctions; Prepare All Tender Documents In The Specific Formats Related To The Bid; Submit The Documents In Stipulated Time Limits As Mentioned In NIT Of Tenders; Coordinate With The Respective Dept. For Document.

4. Attending pre-bid meeting whenever required.

5.Coordinate With Accounts Department for EMD / Tender Fee; Procurement of EMD / Post Tendering Works.

6. Search Government Tenders. Follow-Up with Government Clients Other Tender Related Works Searching Tenders on Relevant Web Portal Identifying Bid Opportunities.

7. Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation.

8. Solving queries with clients through mail, calling or social media.

9. Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organizations requirements.

10. Contribution in cost and price calculations.

11. Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers.

12. Ensuring all tender offers are submitted on time and making sure no offer is rejected due to formal reasons.

13. Preparation of presentations for various clients as required.

14. Regularly monitors ongoing tenders, check for changes and amendments. Maintaining internal communication with regard to tender related activities. Maintaining the Tender Tracking Sheet for the upcoming Bids/Tender.

15 Coordinating with other departments for financial and technical information and backup documents

16 Research new market opportunities and overseas growth projects.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
