**Front Desk Operations**
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-organized to reflect the firm’s professionalism.

**Client Coordination**
- Schedule client meetings and appointments for designers or sales consultants.
- Assist in preparing presentations, design portfolios, or sample materials for client meetings.
- Ensure client queries are addressed promptly, or escalated to the appropriate team.

**Administrative Support**
- Handle day-to-day office operations, such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Maintain and update records, including project timelines, purchase orders, and client databases.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.

**Team Support**
- Provide administrative assistance to designers, project managers, and leadership.
- Assist with the preparation of project proposals, invoices, or other documents.
- Help coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders for project needs.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
- Assist in organizing team events, workshops, or client presentations.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
