**Role Summary**

We are searching for a reliable quantity surveyor to join our capable team of professionals. The quantity surveyor will be tasked with making conceptual budgets based on design feasibilities and testfits, analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.

**Key Responsibilities**

Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

Making conceptual capex budgets for upcoming projects based on design feasibilities & testfits.

Analysing vendor quotes & producing techno commercial evaluations for shortlisted vendors

Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.

Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.

Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.

Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.

Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.

Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

**Overall**

**Qualifications and Work Experience**:

- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.E) - with certification & experience in quantity surveying & budgeting
- 2-3 Years of Professional experience.
- Experience in Construction of Hospitality Industry
- Experience in Refurbishments/Restorations works.
- Proficiency in MS Ofiice

**Knowledge, Skills and Competencies**:

- Good knowledge of MS Office and Auto Cad
- Good knowledge on MEP and HVAC requirement of the projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to perform construction site visits outside of business hours, when relevant.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
