Job Description:• Oversee the full spectrum of business development and client services• Prospect and cultivate new institutional relationships in the region.• Manage accounts, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts• Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.• Gather market intelligence on key accounts• Implement and execute sales strategies set by management• Attend to other related tasks as assigned for the purpose of marketing and sales Accountabilities:• Achieve sales revenue and targets• Increase brand visibility of QS I-GAUGE through marketing activities• Client retention through engagement
Requirements:• Preferably 2-4 years of experience in higher education (not mandatory for passionate, self-driven individuals with a strong customer focus)• Ability to establish new products in the market and generate a strong sales funnel• Go-getter attitude with a passion for creating value for customers• Strong, confident, and personable communicator, comfortable interacting with highlevel academics, board members, and promoters• Degree in Business Management or a related field• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines• Meticulous attention to detail with strong coordination, communication, and time management skills• Willingness to travel at short notice (70% travel anticipated under normal business conditions)• Adaptability to changing situations and the ability to derive business outcomes without in-person meetings• Results-driven and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment• Candidate should be based in Maharashtra Join us to make a significant impact in the higher education sector in India
