We are seeking a competent and organized _**Administrative Assistant**_ to join our dynamic team at **Ronish Bioceuticals Pharma Company**. The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions within the company, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and are passionate about contributing to the pharmaceutical industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**: Maintain office operations by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**:Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including but not limited to contracts, agreements, invoices, and regulatory documents.
**Calendar Management**: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences for company executives and team members.
**Data Entry and Reporting**: Input data accurately into databases and generate reports as needed, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- **Support to Sales and Marketing Teams**:_ Assist in the preparation of sales and marketing materials, promotional activities, and events as directed.
- **Compliance and Regulation**:_ Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and company policies, assisting in regulatory filings and documentation as necessary.
- **Administrative Support**:_ Provide general administrative support to various departments within the company, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably within the _**pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.**_
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Knowledge of pharma industry regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.**_
**Location**:Phase 1 Panchkula
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
