Responsibilities:

- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering office supplies.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events as required.
- Provide administrative support to managers and other staff members.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems and inquiries.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar administrative role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and scanners.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a similar industry or sector is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
