Job Summary: As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the back-end office functions of the organization. You will handle a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, documentation, coordinating with other departments, and managing day-to-day operations. You will work closely with other team members and management to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the organization's operations by performing tasks such as data entry, documentation, and filing.
- Manage and maintain the organization's database systems and other back-end processes.
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Manage day-to-day office tasks such as handling incoming and outgoing mail, managing office supplies, and arranging meetings and appointments.
- Support management in implementing company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a back-office executive or similar administrative role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
