**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the POS system.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables.
- Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive service, such as refilling drinks, clearing plates, and offering dessert or coffee.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit card transactions with care.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including wiping down tables, sanitizing surfaces, and resetting tables for the next guests.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, such as setting up the dining area before service and cleaning and restocking supplies after service.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe dining environment for guests and staff.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a waitress or server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
