- Understand client requirements quickly and provide best solutions
- Identify opportunities, produce leads, and maintain consistent contact with the clients in the market
- Develop, train and grow a network of distributors and retailers in general & modern trade across the country.
- Approach & engage with new distributors, re-sellers, retailers and wholesalers across India in person and/or remote with timely reporting.
- Have a good understanding of the business's products or services and be able to advise others about them.
- Regular phone calls and strong follow-ups with existing and potential clients
- Support the Marketing team to handle existing clients and their requirements
- Maintain and update customer Data base
- Develop relationship with key stake holders both internal and external
- Floating Enquiries to Suppliers / Manufacturers
- Make actions & comparison Studies based on suppliers Quotations
- Negotiations with suppliers on both technical and commercial aspects of product
- Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineering studies
**Requirement and skills**:
- Proven working experience in retail as well as wholesale
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Track record of over-achieving sales quota
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Basic administration skills
- Degree Would be mustolesale Marketing
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams and achieving sales targets
- Experience in managing national sales teams, preferably in the same industry
- Knowledge of sales strategies, sales channels, and sales performance metrics
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies that have driven growth
