As a Marketing Executive specializing in onboarding retail merchants onto our platform, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions to retail merchants and guiding them through the onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Merchant Acquisition**: Identify and target potential retail merchants who would benefit from our solutions.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with retail merchants through effective communication and personalized interactions.
- **Onboarding**: Guide retail merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform.
- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions to retail merchants.
- **Training**: Provide training and support to retail merchants to help them maximize the value of our platform.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of merchant interactions and provide regular reports on acquisition and onboarding progress.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for merchant acquisition and retention.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the retail or technology industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making and close deals.
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-centric approach with a genuine interest in understanding and addressing the needs of retail merchants.
- **Self-Motivated**: Proactive and driven with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- **Two-Wheeler**: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler for commuting to client locations.
