SentientGeeks is looking for a creative **Proposal Writer** to join our organization in Kolkata branch.

**Job location**: Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata

**Experience**:1-2 years** of proven experience in Technical Content Writer/Proposal Writer, preferably in a B2B/ SaaS environment.

**Objectives of this Role**:

- Exploring, Identifying and analyzing requests for Proposals (RFP).
- Analyze to interpret complex bid requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Understanding the full cycle of the Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
- Work independently while partnering across functions and organize data, information effectively.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, engagement opportunities, and customer feedback.
- Utilization of time effectively and efficiently; values time; concentrates his/her efforts on the more important priorities; gets more done in less; can attend to a broader range of activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather the necessary information and develop comprehensive bid responses.
- Track and monitor bid opportunities, deadlines, and outcomes.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication skills
- Experienced in proposal writing as part of the RFP/RFQ/BRD process will be plus.
- Strongly adept in English grammar and command over the language
- Contents should be plagiarism free, and manual written having no AI interventions
- Should have basic knowledge on Advanced AI tools
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Should be able to work in a dynamic environment with a balance of quality and efficiency
- Should have strong research skills
- Comfortable explaining ideas to client stakeholders and presenting work.
