**Responsibilities:
- **
- Responsible for understanding needs of the clients/customers, thereby suggesting or providing suitable solutions as per their requirement. Followed by necessary demonstrations, technical explanations, raising quotations, timely follow-ups, closure, after sales service and repeat business - providing exemplary service.
- To develop strong relation with clients by personal visit, courtesy call or by one to one meeting at frequent intervals
- To make detailed presentation to clients.
- One to one meeting with Clients for upcoming project leads and product presentations.
- Understanding requirements of new projects and prepare solution & BOQ.
- Good presentation skills
- High on confidence
- Good negotiation skills
- Ability to grasp the concept fast
- Display a high level of Ownership
- Demonstrate ability to think from a strategic/long-term perspective
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
**Requirement and Expertise**:
- Min 4+ years’ experience in lighting, architectural and or related industry is a must.
- Strong interpersonal skills: good listener, respectful, approachable, engaging.
- Flexible with work schedule specifically for evening demonstration events.
- Professional and positive conduct in words, actions, body language and grooming.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong individual sales, engagement and demonstration skills.
- Possess excellent team player skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Open to travel as and when required.
- Sales experience with premium brands or service-oriented industry preferable.
- Positive attitude, interest and willingness to understand HUBLIT products and technology portfolio.
- **Education**: Management Graduate or above with MBA from a reputed institute/ Electrical Engineer.
- Must possess enthusiasm, passion, sales drive and confidence to succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
